In order to grow the teams and deliver top-notch software and infrastructure you'll partner closely with product managers and R&D leadership.

**👤 Who you are**
- You have previous Engineering management experience as well as several years in Software engineering positions.
- You have strong analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.
- You have great communication skills for overseeing teams and working with other management people.
- You are detail-oriented enough for understanding complex systems with the ability to pay attention to details, as a minor error can result in major problems.
- You have a great ability to learn, and you are eager to expand your areas of expertise.
- You have a passion for supporting and enabling others to become more productive.
